How to help your employees log in to the system
Reset their Password
Go to My Employees > Employee Maintenance > Reset Password
Clear their Virtual Code Settings
Go to My Employees > Employee Information, find the employee and click the Clear Virtual Code Settings button near their name on the MAIN Tab
Check the Global Access Report
Go to My Reports > System > System Utilities > Global Access. This report will show you login status, like INVALID USER (incorrect username used), WRONG PASSWORD, or ACCOUNT LOCKED. If you don't see the login attempts anywhere on this report, your employee is on the wrong website!
