How to create a custom form in ONEMINT

ANSWER

  1. Go to: Company settings > HR Setup > Custom forms
  2. Add custom form, type in a Name.
  3. Select Save.  
  4. You can then add a new page if you are going to add the pages manually, or you can upload a PDF document. The PDF document will add a new page for each page of the form.

Note:
You can add new fields within the form by placing them where they need to go.  New fields can pull data from the system to populate, or can be an editable field, a drop-down or any other selection from the drop-down.  Save the form at the end
