How to show Accruals balance on Pay Statement

ANSWER

  1. Company Settings > Global Setup > Company Setup: Payroll tab
  2. Within the widget: Printed Pay Statement Options, scroll down to the Show Time Off Accruals section.
  3. Under the Visible Columns section confirm the Current Balance box is checked
  4. Also confirm that accrual profile shows bucket as Visible to Employee

NOTE: If client has more than one EIN, be sure to confirm if this is for all, or just for one.
If all:

  • Company Settings > Global Setup > Company Set Up

If one:

  • Company Settings > Global Setup > Company EINs and choose which EIN to change
