Position Management Reports Security Settings

Companion security settings are available to give or deny users access to the Position Management Reports.

The settings are located on the Reports tab of security profiles within the Position Management Reports section under Company Settings > Profiles/Policies > Security.

Under the HR tab, in the Position Management section, if the Employee Assignments drop-down is blank, the checkbox for the Employee Assignments and Employees Missing Primary Position reports will be disabled/greyed out on the Reports tab, in the Position Management Reports section.

In addition, under the HR tab, in the Position Management section, if the Positions drop-down is blank, the checkboxes for the following reports will be disabled/greyed out on the Reports tab, in the Position Management Reports section:

  • Position Headcount Detail
  • Exceptions for Reports-To Position
  • Position Headcount Summary
